(내포투데이) 지난 6월 1일, 프랑스계 국제 회계법인인 마자르와(Mazars)와 미국 10위 회계법인 포비스(FORVIS)가 새로운 포비스 마자르(Forvis Mazars) 국제 네트워크를 공식적으로 발족했음을 알렸다. 이로서 두 회계법인은 통합된 하나의 브랜드로서 운영될 예정이다. 특히 작년 11월 네트워크 결성 체결을 발표했던 포비스 마자르는 이번 네트워크 결성을 통해서 전세계 회계법인 10위권의 매출액을 달성할 것으로 보인다.

 

포비스 마자르는 전세계 약 100여개의 국가에서 통합적으로 운영되고 42,000명 정도의 직원 규모로 운영되고 있으며, 이들이 주로 제공하는 서비스는 회계감사, 세무, 컨설팅, 자문 등이다.

 

 

 

초대 포비스 마자르의 의장직을 수행하는 에르베 엘리어스(구 마자르 CEO)는 이번 네트워크 결성에 대하여 “지금은 우리 고객, 우리 업계, 우리 직원들에게 매우 중요하고 흥미로운 시기입니다. Forvis Mazars, new global network with $5bn revenue

 

Mazars, an international partnership founded in France, and FORVIS, a top 10 ranked firm in the United States, announced the official launch of the new Forvis Mazars global network. The two firms will be operated under single brand brand. This new network will bring Forvis Mazars, which announced the formation of the network in November last year, into the top 10* global accounting firms in terms of global revenue.

 

Forvis Mazars will operates in over 100 countries and territories, and specialized in audit, tax and advisory services.

Currently, Forvis Mazars operates in Korea since 2009. They provides audit, tax, financial advisory, accounting outsourcing and business expense verification services in Korea, maximising the benefits of the Forvis Mazars global network. The launch of the global network will enable the them to provide enhanced and integrated services to its Korean and international clients.
